What an AI agent costs in the UAE, line by line
Setup, monthly care and usage, and which of the three grows with your volume.
The three lines on every quote
Any honest quote for an AI agent in the UAE has three lines. Setup, paid once. Monthly care, fixed. Provider usage, at cost, which is the only line that grows with how much the agent works.
If a provider quotes you a single monthly number with no breakdown, ask what happens at ten times your current volume. The answer is usually that the number moves and you find out later.
Setup
From AED 2,900 for a single agent. That covers the scoping session where we write down the job and its boundaries, the build, connecting to the systems it needs, the acceptance tests, and going live with your sign off.
Setup is one time. It does not repeat when you add a workflow to an agent that already exists.
Monthly care
From AED 690 a month. This is the part most providers leave out. It covers monitoring the agent, tuning what it gets wrong, updating its approved information when your prices or policies change, and reporting on what it handled.
An agent nobody maintains drifts out of date within a quarter. That is why we operate the agent rather than handing it over and disappearing.
Provider usage
WhatsApp Business messaging, model calls and voice minutes are charged by the providers who supply them. We pass those through at cost with no markup, so you can see exactly what the agent consumed.
For most UAE SMEs this is a small line. Voice is the one that scales with minutes, so if voice is in scope we show you the per minute reality before you commit.
What moves the number
Four things change a quote more than anything else.
- How many systems the agent has to read from and write to.
- Whether voice is included, since voice minutes are the usage line that scales fastest.
- Conversation volume, which drives the usage line rather than setup or care.
- How much approval routing you want, since every human checkpoint is work to build and to run.
What to ask any provider
Five questions will tell you more than any proposal document.
- Is setup genuinely one time, or does every change start a new project?
- What exactly is inside the monthly figure, and what is billed separately?
- Is provider usage marked up, and can I see the underlying cost?
- What happens to the agent if we stop paying care?
- Who is accountable for what the agent does after it goes live?
